Well, we say the season is over… but that means we have LOTS of work to do! In store for the winter will be… Getting the final production batches of Marinade out! Working on new classes for the Culinary Center’s Spring course list… And we are planning a few Competition and BBQ 101 classes as well… Lots in the works! Hang on for the wild ride!
